Wij vinden het belangrijk om u als bezoeker de best-mogelijke online winkel ervaring aan te bieden; hiervoor maken wij gebruik van cookies. Daarnaast is uiteraard uw privacy voor ons van groot belang. Wij houden ons hierin dan ook aan de privacywetgeving, wat bekend dat al uw gegevens veilig bij ons zijn en we deze op een nette en transparante manier gebruiken. In deze privacyverklaring leggen we uit wat we doen met welke van uw gegevens. Heeft u vragen? Of wilt u nog specifieker weten welke gegevens we van u bijhouden en/of opslaan, neem dan gerust contact met ons op.
Wanneer u bij ons een bestelling plaatst, gebruiken wij uw persoonsgegevens om deze zo soepel mogelijk af te kunnen handelen. Wij mogen uw persoonsgegevens dan ook aan onze bezorgdienst geven om de bestelling bij u te laten bezorgen. Ook krijgen wij informatie over uw betaling van uw bank.
Voor het afhandelen van uw bestelling ontvangen en gebruiken wij de volgende gegevens: betaalmethode, naw-gegevens, geslacht, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en factuuradres, afleveradres, BTW-nummer en KVK-nummer. Deze hebben wij nodig vanwege het contract dat we met u sluiten. Wij bewaren deze informatie tot twee jaar nadat uw bestelling is afgerond en bewaren deze aansluitend zeven jaar gearchiveerd in verband met de wettelijke bewaarplicht.
Via het contactformulier kunt u gemakkelijk contact met ons opnemen om bijvoorbeeld vragen te stellen en/of een aanvraag te doen. Hiervoor gebruiken wij het door u ingevulde e-mailadres en naam. Deze hebben wij nodig om contact met u op te nemen en/of een reactie te geven op het ingevulde contact-formulier. Wij bewaren deze informatie naargelang de aard van het formulier en/of de inhoud van uw e-mail nodig is voor de volledige beantwoording en afhandeling daarvan.
Daarnaast kunt u zich via de website abonneren op onze nieuwsbrief. Hierin leest u nieuwtjes, tips en informatie over onze producten en diensten. Dit abonnement kunt u op ieder moment opzeggen: iedere nieuwsbrief bevat hiervoor een afmeldlink aan de onderkant van de pagina. Uw e-mailadres wordt alleen met uw toestemming toegevoegd aan de lijst van abonnees en deze gegevens worden bewaard totdat u het abonnement hebt opgezegd.
